Where to find collar nuts for electric cutout?

Does anyone know of a place that sells these types of hex collar nuts? 3/8-16
They were sold as part on an electric cut-out kit, but I've lost a couple over the years. Since the studs are recessed in the cut-out, they must have threaded sleeves.

Appear to be custom for the cutout. McMaster-Carr carries 3/8"-16 'coupling nuts' that are 1-3/4" long with a 5/8" hex. If you know someone with a lathe easy enough to create the collar. Due to the length should be able to get two final pieces from each coupler.
