Where can I get this MAF pipe?

Which vendors carry this pipe? A little different than the standard 3" "S" bend we see. Any suggestions would be appreciated, and compliments to the owner of this engine bay.

I can see the similarities, but the GN1 piece appears to bend downward toward the vapor canister location. The piece I referenced has 1 bend to clear the alternator and then straightens out. Ive seen several of both in the engine bay "jaw droppers" thread. Thanks for the responses so far.

I have been considering the SeTurbo piece myself, just haven't pulled the trigger on it yet. I like the clearance around the alternator
