What is a better scan tool? Turbo link or Direct scan.
It would be great to get some info on them also. I do know that when using direct scan you must modify your ECM. Is it an easy modification?

Depends on your ultimate goals. IMO TL + boost sensing is an awesome scantool and is great if you are going to run your car into the low 12's. Once you hit the high 11's it doesn't have a fast enough scan rate to give you as much data as you may need. Strictly my opinion.
