what size cometic head gaskets?

just looked on JEGS..Cometic only sells head gaskets for bore of 3.840 and 3.860 or larger. my bore is 3.8305. is the 3.840 what I need? so if you have stock bore.. do you still use the 3.840 bc that's the smallest they offer? just curious to why nothing with a smaller bore is offered

Personally. i would call one of our supporting vendors that knows about our motors such as "Full Throttle Speed" or "Gbody Parts" ...just ask for stock bore size...they will know exactly what you need....and either will price match. Good luck.

Ive never seen a cometic with a 3.84 bore? The one we use is 3.86, if your looking for .040 gasket it would be this one
