It goes on the J-bracket just below the turbo shield. It's a heat shield to cover the stupid hose that runs from the PS valve cover to the turbo bell.

Nowadays it goes in front of the small VC filter.

You need a short 8mm bolt to put it back. You can steal one off the turbo shield, they're the same size.

...but if you still have that stupid tube, that needs to be tossed. It does more harm than good.
