Wastegate solenoid. Should be hose to WG, unless a manual controller is being used. Or external gate.

Nah. Unless you really want & have some vacuum caps around to cap it off. And then there's the electric connector just hanging there looking like crap too.

Removing the boost control solenoid with a stock chip will cause the ECM to toss a code and set the SES/CEL light on. Which is why it is still plugged in.
