Weird fuel problem.

I'm not real sure what is going on with the car but I was driving it yesterday a little bit and as I came to a stop with the car the O2 volts dropped to 000 and the BLM would drop to 90 at the same time. When I started going the car sputtered til about 1000-1200 rpm kinda like it was choking on fuel and then car would smooth out and the volts would do their thing and the BLM shot immediately up to 128.

What could cause that?

Did you reinstall the 3 grounds on the back of the passenger side head?

Yeah they should be good, they're relocated to an easier spot so I see them regularly.

What could cause that?

I've seen where the O2 would go to zero and it was caused by the sensor wire shorting on the exhaust. The odd part is that the BLM drops during this time as it should skyrocket.
