Wastegate actuator oiled??

I removed my wastegate actuator today, in order the cut it and make it adjustable. Pulled it off and set it on a shop towel and inspected y-hose set up for heat damage, when I went back the the actuator I noticed a small amount of oil leaking out of its vacuum connection. Is this normal? Will oil ruin the diaphragm inside? Should I just replace this with a new piece? And where should I look for the oil intrusion?

my buck fitty...'
Mine did the same becuase it had 119K miles of the pass side valve cover breather hooked to the turbo inlet. Bypass that mess then clean oil out of everything...your waste gate control solenoid looks like that too. My wg just gave up the ghost...yours may not last long either.
