B.O.P. engineering sells a nice polymer gear for the Buick 3.8, very nice but it's kinda pricey.

If the original is worn I would sugguest replace both ring and pin gears.

DLS Engine has them.

I had to steal one from my buddy to make by distributor fit on my setup. (455 Buick style)
That high volume oil pump does definately wear one down though....
