Yes its Stainless can post a pic later it has a wide band bung welded and is ceramic coated as well

The original owner added an external wastegate tube to the pipe. The internal gate is still in working condition as well. I was just going to cut the external tube off and weld a cover over the hole. I got this pipe in a package deal and it is way overkill for my son's car as we only have an 11.50 goal in mind
