Depends on several factors...... but in most street cars at low to moderate boost levels.... I think the consensus is around 130 - 140 lbs on the seat.

I have a roller cam very close to yours.....542 lift.....224-222...and i run 150lb valve springs, and im very happy with set up :smile:
