valve springs with 218/218

can/or should i run stock valve springs with the 218/218 cam?
if not what should i run and is there a part number or something??

What's the lift? Stock springs will stack at 1.160". With an installed heighth of 1.72" and a 0.060" safety margin, the max lift you can get away with is 0.500".

on my cam card it says

gross valve lift for intake is .469
gross valve lift for exhaust is .469 also

is that what you mean????

Yes, you will be ok, .469 is less than .500.
