vacuum pump???

Are you asking about a vac pump for engine vacuum to the AC controls and the power brake booster, or a crankcase evacuation system?

YUP !!! Boost activated , gm electric motor works like a hot damm !!!!

I was not impressed when I used the electric pumps for GM and Ford as they were marginal at best when they were working? They would pull 3-4" of vacuum at 600+ HP, but neither of them lasted very long.
After installing a "real" mechanical pump, it has been trouble-free for years and will pull 18" of vacuum, but R run at 10".
The "hard" part was fabricating the custom bracket and belt set-up as needed.
