Turbo Upgrade questions

I have a ATR Stage 3A (TA49) turbo on my car now which needs a rebuild. What would be a good upgraded turbo for my combo without needing to go to larger injectors? I have progresive alcohol injection on my list in the not so distant future. Thanks!!

I wouldn't go any bigger then. Any reason you don't want bigger injectors besides price?

No other reason besides price. Im on a college student budget(I know its not an excuse) Just trying to see what I could upgrade while its off anyways. Thanks for the reply!

TA-49 is a sweet little turbo. It will max those 40s out no sweat. Thats a good little combo. I'd blow off the alcohol and do bigger injectors and a TE60 from Craig.

I agree with Russ. I'd go with injectors and a turbo maybe as large as a TE62. Should be fine with your convertor.

Buy once instead of twice.

I agree with the other guys, you have the stall for a larger turbo, pick one out.

TE61 might be nice for ya.
