Torque spec for rocker are shaft?

Anyone know how much you torque the three bolts that hold the rocker arm shafts? Thanks
 
I would go to 23 lbft and call them good. 25 is at the upper end of what they will take.

The spec for an 8.8 8mm bolt is only 17 lbft and for a 10.9 8mm bolt is only 24 lbft. No way those bolts are stonger than a 10.9.
 
the original buick service manual specifies 25 ft-lb, consistent with most of the previous answers.

I think the threads are 5/16-18. I use grade 8's and they yield a good bit when torqed down
