Too much backspacing?

Quite fancy this combo for my GN, but think too much backspacing?

Image wheels and Toyo's

B/S = 6.5" front and 7" rear.

Can't see the front wheels clearing

Way to much back spacing. At the beginning of the thread it says 4.75" and then he changes it. You might want to check them again to make sure.

Yes, just checked the link, the 4.75" is a reference to the bolt circle. Shame!

without some seriously thick spacers- like 2.5"-3"- those wheels would want to occupy the same space as your rear frame rails..

That much backspacing will place the wheels too far in, not out.:smile:

Yes, that's for sure. It's difficult to get good priced wheel n'tyre packages over here unless the car is old school muscle and running 15"s.
I did a search thru the wheels and tyres post and soon realised how much backspace can be accommodated.
