The Thrasher is always viewed as having mysterious timing for some reason. Also when people ask what the timing is they usually mean at WOT and LV8 at 256, which is the high load end of the table.
Thrasher 92 timing is about 22 deg at 2400 RPM dropping to 18 deg at 4800 RPM.
The actual 'mysterious' parts of the Thrasher are the changes to the code running the car, the timing is altered a bit during launch, and unlike the stock chip it pulls some timing when the air gets too hot which is what the factory should have done. There are numerous other features in Thrashers that make them unique, the timing table itself is quite normal looking.
