No, Thrasher chips don't have a valet mode. Some of them have a built in "anti-theft" feature, though. Read about them here:

This site doesn't sell them, but they did the original design, I believe. Scott Simpson is stell selling them, I think.

My last Thrasher was also purchsed from Scott Simpson.

So I would look for him. Otherwise, I don't know of anyone else.
