I have gotten some PM's and e-mails on various boards as to what my position/BPG's is on the various Turbo classes that attend or want to attend a BPG event. I would like to clarify that in this thread
The Buick Performance Group has no say in class rules...
We only enforce at the TRACKS DISCRETION NHRA SAFETY and Racing Rules...
We do not dictate what TSO TSM TSH TSA TSL TSR wants to Run. The only classes we have control of are the Q16 Q8 B1 B2 and any other Buick class such as Big Boat Challenge or charity races.
I hope this clears up some issues
The BPG provides a facility for classes to hold their points series/class event. We also provide payouts based on class size and attendance. We try to provide a venue for all Buick fans to enjoy Buick's and friendship.
All rules for the BPG Event are provided to us by each class and posted here
