THDP stuck puck

I have a 3" SS Terry Houston down pipe that I bought in 2000. I don't drive the car much and haven't been WOT in 5 years. I recently poured some C16 in and tried to make some passes. I was seeing 30+psi until I let off. I found the waste gate puck completely stuck. Any thoughts on how to fix it or prevent it from happening again?

We can rebuild it with all stainless parts for the puck and bushing. :smile:

I would replace the wastegate puck assembly. RJC sells a quality replacement. Cut the old one out, remove and install the new sleeve,tig weld the new flapper on. Done. Problem solved.

Thanks. I will order the parts from RJC and replace the assembly. I'm just amazed that it happened. Thank god for c16..
