I currently have a stock drive line and u joint with approx. 120k on them. I have a Extreme Auto Stage II tranny with trans break and was wondering if the stock stuff will handle the transbreak launch? I ran yesterday and had a 1.64 60' on the footbrake. Do I need to replace any parts or will it be OK? According to calculators I have used online my car has around 525hp according to 1/4 mile time and MPH. I just don't want to pole vault my car or cut a hole in the bottom at the line even though I have a drive shaft loop.
