S Stone Member Joined Aug 12, 2003 Mar 26, 2004 #1 My car is converted over to vacuum breaks. Sometime when I go WOT and I hit the breaks they are real stiff. Is this due to lack of vacuum? Also this happens when I first start up the car. Can any thing be done about this? thanks MIke

R Rickracer Mr. Goodwrench Joined Mar 22, 2004 Mar 28, 2004 #2 I would think a vacuum storage cannister would do the trick Summit Racing has them. First I would check to be sure your vacuum check valves are working correctly.
