Steering wheel question

I have a leather wrapped wheel with the # 25507580 stamped on the hub.My question is how can you tell if this for a Regal or a turbo Regal.Is there a size difference in the grip or diameter.The wheel is for sale and i don't want to misrepresent it.

If it has a leather cover, that would be for a TType. If it's just formed plastic w/ no cover, not worth much. They both will install..........same unit.

I posted it as leather wrapped it is leather covered same as the GN wheels.
