Stage 2 intake PCV valve?

I am working on my stage 2 carb intake manifold to convert to fuel injection. The engine will mainly be street driven. I wanted to know if I should put PCV provision in intake. Also what I made need to do about other emissions equipment to make it smogable as possible. Thanks for any help!
