Spray on light and low alcohol light not working

I have the dual nozzle SMC kit...both the spray on light (orange) and the low alcohol light (red) don't even come on anymore...but I know the alcohol is really spraying because I can hear the controller "click" and also I can smell the alcohol burning...what is going on with the lights? my tank is well past 1/3 full right now and it's still not lighting up the low alcohol light...

Man have you been having issues.. sorry to hear bout that.

The spray on lite is activated by the pressure switch on the pump output. In other words when the output of the pump reaches the pressure threshold of the switch..then the switch fires the lamp. if you have a bad pressure switch or ground to it..this could be happening. Also if your pump doesnt put enough pressure out to close the switch..then it will spray but not lite the LED..make sense..

The floats sometimes stick. if you short the plug to the low level sensor, the LED should lite.

Check the ground connection next to the pump for issues..
