specs for pac 1200 springs

I need the specs for a set of pac 1200 springs. They are installed on a set of trashed out alum gn1 heads and I am pulling them off to go on a set of 8445 heads. Well the machine shop is going to do it - I need the specs to give them along with the heads. I was going to have alum heads repaired but they say they are not worth repairing - to damaged.
