Seat belt bolt torque?

Putting interior back together and was wondering how much to torque seat belt bolts.

as long as the bolt is snug it will do its job

the bolt isnt clamping , the belts retainers slide free on the shank of the bolt and the load is side load (shear ) and can see pull load on the bolt it self neither of which rely on a torque spec .
as long as the threads engage until the bolt bottoms it only needs to be tight enough to stay in place ,
if you want a number ..20-30 ft lbs is more than enough

Every seatbelt i have ever taken out has locktite on the bolts.
