Rustoration Pics

My car finally got painted. It's far from done, but here are some more pictures. At least I will get to drive it this summer.

Thats great, glad to see another one saved. Youre lucky, most shops dont want to take on projects like this. I need to find someone to do my floors, quarters, etc. Good luck with the car.

Thanks!!! Your right, he only works on it when things get slow. He records the hours spent on the car. He charges me by the hour, but he gave me a really good price. Of course I buy all the parts. They rather do insurance work, it pays better he said.

Whats something like that cost done at the body shop? I am looking at a Turbo Buick with the drivers side floor going to need replacing.. So whats the ball park price on doing what you did on the driver side? Also i will have to have a fender and trunk lid repaired due to some rust... IF i purchase the car, trying to get some prices on repairs first... Thanks!

Thanks for the compliments guys, I would love to take the credit but my car is at a auto body shop. I wish I had some talent it would save me a whole lot of money. Anyway I just go to the shop and take pictures.

Here's some more picture's. Under carriage getting done along with 4 new bilstein shocks:

I got my car back from the body shop, I still have a ways to go. Wheels and interior are next. I'm going with jax's leather seats. Wheels will be re-chromed. Here's the pictures, the car is dusty.

That paint looks better than a factory job; he must be a good painter.

Way to go man!

Got my wheels back last week from True Design Wheel out there in Denver. They did a nice job. They look brand new. I want to put 275 60 15 tires on them for the rear. Would that be a problem as far as fitment. Here are some pictures.

Looks beautiful man, could they make the back rims wider if you wanted to? that may be what you did, they look wider than factory

But they look better than factory new

Thanks!!! Yes they can make them wider. Mine should be stock, they did do some welding, I better check to make sure.
