Running extremely lean at idle and boost??????

I guess ill throw my opinion in this thread. Ill start off by saying stick to the basics Air,Fuel,Spark(timing) It never fails. To me it sounds like you have a timing problem. That being said I would check everything timing related like CKP, CMP, Ignition Module, Coil Pack, and ECM If you haven't already.

Maybe even sound check the injectors for the "click" to make sure they're firing.

But considering i have been through weird situations myself , i would check the ECM or your PROM chip for smells, acids and anything strange. I personally have witnessed things happen over night.

Well I just pulled the ecu out to check for anything fishy.

The ecu was really hot after only a few minutes of running

I tried getting an accurate temp and it maxed out my digital thermometer.

I am going to assume this is not normal???

Nick has a spare so I will take it to him and see if that changes anything.

Ok so it is finally solved


One of the plugs was no bueno.


I also added a hefty ground going from the coil pack bracket to the firewall for safe measure.
Car runs like a damn beast now!!!!


I knew it was something stupid lol
