Rocker arm pedestal

Hey guys. Do the stock rocker shaft pedestals need to be machined on the side to make room for roller rocker arms? If they do. How much? My heads are currently at the machine shop and if they need to be done they're at the right place. Thanks

Yes. Take them your roller rockers so they can make sure on their clearance. While they're at it have them mock things up and check the pushrod clearnace through the head as well.
