Retro'ed Serpentine??

What serpentine drive can be retro'ed to work on the older 3.8 engines. Is it possible? I have the old carbed engine and I'm assuming the front timing cover is the same as the later V-6 Buicks, (short of the cam or crank sensor). A few pullys and a tensioner....I'm I over simplifying it? Is it possible?

I need pics and numbers.... and possible doner GM's from 86 on up. (Man I wish Eric Fisher pops up).

Distributor won't clear the tensioner without some serious modifications though it will bolt on otherwise.
