Rear diff question

As far as I know, I have the posi rear end in my GN. I've noticed that while rolling, if I punch it, only the driver's side tire breaks loose and spins..

But when I'm stopped, and do a burnout, both tires go up in smoke.. Is this normal? Is my Posi unit starting to go?

Your posi clutches may be getting a little worn. You can just remove the carrier and replace the clutches. If you pay attention to the shim packs and put everything back just as it came out you just pull it, repair it, and put it back with no set up required.

If I continue to drive it this way, will it cause more severe damage? Or will I just be spinning one tire? (I was planning on fixing it this winter, but don't want the car to be apart while I can still drive it)
