this will be on a points system....this is not an elimination matchup but will be an average of 3 runs with 1 qualifying pass before the match race ...if you are unable to complete a run, then the racer will be Disqualified from that race

run cards will be around 20-40 dollars
date for this event ....has yet to be determined

These rules look pretty good, I especially like the must be driven to track one. Can we add in must have A/C too?;)

Hey HT, and I don't mean HT Racing. What is with the "must have A/C" bit??? It should be worded "having A/C is an option with no penalties". Back to the Bud Light time.

Hmmmmmmm, no restriction on cubic inch & anything goes for power adders.......****thinking deeply!****:D

Just had to throw the A/C thing in there. I need to cheat to keep up with you guys!!!:D I heard you motor is here. Can't wait to see it.

Easy over there 007:eek: Would be good to see you run again though:)

Brian and Bode would like to start the Series in September if they can get things lined up and a decent response from racers.

How many racers and will Paul G. get a cut in this race? Are they going to divide the slower guys (without roll bars) from the faster guys?

They're hoping for minimum of 15 cars. More is good. Lots more is great.

It will start with just 1 category. If there are enough(30+ cars), they could make 2 categories(faster and slower). It's a deal of money in and money out.

Paul will get the gate entry fee of $8. The runcard cost of $20(or slightly more) which is separate will go into the pot for the end of series payouts. Also, there's the cost of the trophies to be given at each race. This is NOT a make money deal for anyone organizing this race series. They're just hoping not to lose money.

TurboV6, 225-5411.

On Republican St directly opposite of McDonalds by Sand Island Access Rd.

here was a proposal at the end of our club meeting....
dont know exactly if it will fly or not but was an idea

40 dollar entry fee at the very start of the race series...
gets you in all the race series races...but you would just have to pay your way through the gates $8....
if you miss a race..no refund..youll just have to race the next race
if you miss the first race but still want to join in...it will still be $40

i believe bsm is working with getting some sponsors for the race as well

if you have any comments or suggestions....you can contact brian or bode at bsm:D

Looks like me a Gerold is left out on this one unless we keep it in the 12's.
