Transplanted my ME-R system and modded ecm (no maf) with 75lb injectors into another car. Stockish new build, bb 61 turbo, alky, ported irons.
Wideband after 1.5 seconds or so WOT would go under 9 afr and the car would almost shut off, half throttle was great.
Leanest setting on fuel, widebrand correction pegged at -10. Had Eric Turbotweak run the ecm and it tested good.
Ignition coil/module tested good on Caspers tester.
Gave the car back to the owner before it was ready and it came back with bent rods,spun bearings etc. Plugs soaked with fuel. Injectors tested and do not leak a drop, spray pattern and flow is normal.
Looking for theories on why it would go so rich (tried everything from 10psi and up) WOT.
Engine is new again and do not want this to repeat. GO!
