Ram Air (I might be a lil crazy)

Have anyone tried using Ram Air? I was looking around the net for a ram air set up for my 95 Impala SS (the other pocket eater) and i ran across some hoods for the Monte Carlo & Cutlass. So i begun to wonder if anyone out there tried using the ram air hood in conjunction with a RAISS cold air intake RAISS Cold Air Twin Intake - FocuzTech Performance

Been tested.... hard to ram air into a compressor wheel thats only spinning so fast and make it spin faster when its the turbine doing the cranking

so it was pretty much sold as a gimmik many years back and does not work

take out the driver side head light closest to the grille

no dice on a turbo car.
