Likely Bob but... :)

Caspers sensor is wired in but not hooked up to anything it is just laying in my engine bay safely. The PowerLogger is seeing 1.5 volts on INPUT4 and the output at the sensor's green wire matches that voltage.

Here are the settings I put into the INI file:

[CustomAnalog4]
CustomAnalog4Name=Fuel Pressure
CustomAnalog4LongName=Fuel Pressure Sensor
CustomAnalog4Tag=FP
CustomAnalog4GaugeMin=0
CustomAnalog4GaugeMax=100
CustomAnalog4GraphMin=0
CustomAnalog4GraphMax=100
CustomAnalog4MinValue=0
CustomAnalog4MaxValue=100
CustomAnalog4MinVolt=0.5
CustomAnalog4MaxVolt=4.5

Now in 'Config and Download' 'Analog 4' with Pressure 100psi-B selected I get 12.9 to 13 psi on the graph. If I select 'Fuel Pressure' I get 24.5-25 PSI.

Which one SHOULD be selected for Analog4?

Is this output at atmosphere about right? (13psi seems right or close to atmosphere given this is a fluid pressure sensor).

Looking forward to your feedback!

Best,

Jeff

its late, but here is the sheet on that sensor.

its a 100 psig sensor I think, and its voltage range is 1v to 5v and its pressure range is 0-100 psi.

I'll check more into it tomorrow.

I'll call caspers & check to see if it should be registering 12-13psi hanging out in the engine bay or if the voltage should be about what I'm seeing with it unconnected to any pressure source.

John was very helpful, he verified that the transducer out of a closed system will pick up atmosphere....looks like I'm good to go
