Industrial auto mechanic all fleet / diesel work?

Heavy equipment, in plant vehicles from golf carts to fuel trucks. Gas and diesel both. The mechanic shop works on pretty much everything driving around the plant, unless it's rental equipment.

I'm not 100% sure on the automotive guys since I don't talk to em that much, but I think were all on about the same pay scale. With incentive pay it's over $38 an hour straight time, plus the benefits.
