I recently had my Buick smog tested here in Torrance CA. and just squeeked by.
My HC max limit is 117 and I scored 116, everything else is perfect. What would cause this problem? Do I need to rebuild the Comp. Controlled Rochester, maybe it's gumed up. THough it does run very well and gets about 16mpg in the city.
