Where do I find the exterior paint code on my 87 Turbo T? It's the light gray color, but I don't know where the actual code is. Thanks, Chris.

In the trunk, listed on the bottom line of the RPO label.

It's also on the cowl tag if your SPID label in the trunk is missing. The codes will be the same on both places. Here's a scan of a cowl tag. In this example the exterior paint codes are 79L and 79U. 79 is the short number for dark red in our example. The letters "U" mean UPPER and the letter "L" means LOWER. If it was a 2-tone car there would be a 3rd code ending with the letter "M" for MIDDLE. The same 79L and 79U codes would also be on the SPID label in the trunk.
