Original Rims refurbishment

Happy Father's Day everyone.

Dug up my original rims from a post hurricane Sandy basement. Little rusty and the black is faded so I'm looking for someone to either trade in a set of 4 or a place that can refinish them. Want to put them back on the car with a fresh set of tires, yet to be determined. Want a set of tires that will fit on the stock rims, but don't want the Bologna skin look. I live in Nassau County Long Island NY.

Also need center caps, valve stems and lugs as I don't think I have those. If anyone can let me know it would be appreciated.

Do you want them re-chromed or just the black re-painted?
Stockon Wheels just made a custom set of stock wheels for me but if you want them rechromed then they will probably cut the centers out to do a good job but it's well worth it if you have the $$ and time to wait.

New center caps can be bought from G-Body Parts.
