I am 50 miles away from home and my GN started to act up rough idle and hesitating, I disconnected the MAF sensor and the car calmed down and idling just fine my question is Can I drive the car back home with the sensor disconnected or should I just transport the car back home? will I cause any damage driving the speed limit?

You can drive it without a MAF.

I did it for a week waiting on a stock replacement when they weren't easy to come by.

You really need to feather the gas or it's gonna stall a lot on you so be patient and keep the foot light and ready.

thanks I was freaking out cause I took it around the block and it felt very weird when I press the gas pedal so now I can go home and order one Thanks

Don't pull out in front of anyone and accelerate normally not quickly as usual.

It isn't easy to drive but you can do it.

Drive safe and caustiously and in a low traffic time if possible.

My commute was all back roads 2o miles to work, 0-50 mph, I cannot remember if I ever tried a highway.

Good luck!
