OEM fuel line?

Looks like my stock hard line just before the filter may be causing a flow problem, is it possible to replace the line with out taking the damn body off the car? Or, should I just replace with a seperate line from above the axle to the filter?

I think classic tube makes that line. there is also a guy on this site that makes braided lines from tank to engine. I think its bullet87. good luck
