Odd Dealer Invoice

I was looking over my dealer invoice for my TTA when I noticed something weird.....the sheet says LC2 for the option code, but the writing next to it says 5.0 liter V-8. Does anyone who has their factory invoice show the sam as mine???

Yep have the same thing ... remember these cars came with the 5.0 V8 from GM that later was removed and the LC2 was put in them @ PAS.

I don't think the cars accually recieved the 305 engine.
PAS supplied the LC2 engine, and it was installed on the factory assembly line.
Since the engine was soured out to an outside company, the invoice would show the 305 engine that Pontiac would have supplied.
The build sheet would show what the car really got, in this case, the LC-2 engine.
It would be nice to get a 305 engine with the matching vin number on it though!
