not a good looking cam

I pulled my cam , its bad for sure. I bought a comps cam 206 the lobes on the new cam are about 1/8 to 1/4 bigger then the bad old cam. I used my timer with the bad cam not tuned a broken motor mount and pump gas with 93 chip it said it ran a 14.07 at 104mph that is speening bad in 1st. With my new cam and lifters a good tune and 110 chip could it hit the 12s at a higher boost . The 14.07 was with 15-16 psi and no scan tool.I forgot my main seal was gone not even one in it.The inside of the seal was on the timing chain.

I went through the same thing a month ago. Pulled the cam and I had 5 wiped lobes the majority of them where round. I was a totally different car after I installed the new cam. You might want to drop the oil pan and clean the pick up tube etc. Good luck.
