Is it possible to convert a non-lock up convertor lock up. The car I have has a Vigalante non-lock up. Can anyone tell me the benefits or draw backs of either one?

Yes, you would need to swap the Non-Lockup valve under TCC Solenoid with the stock Lockup valve and reinstall the Checkball capsule in the end of Input Shaft, if you want a very firm TCC Lockup leave the Checkball capsule out.
Lockup TC's are better for MPG/street with milder Cams, Non-Lockup TC's are more efficient up top and lighter.
Thanks guys. I don't live too far from Century Transmissions here in Texas. Once I get it out of the car I plan on taking it to Mike Kurtz and having them convert it to L/U.
