Powermaster failure. Went to take my 87 gn out tonight started it up brake light came on pedal hard as a rock and powermaster has a burning smell. Is a rebuild powermaster the way to go. who is running the hydro boost. What is a good unit to install. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

I like my hydroboost. I'll never go back to powermaster while I own the car.

We have several options on a fairly stock car #7625 would be the part number for our vacuum conversion kit. This kit is only $349.95 plus shipping and includes the vacuum brake pedal.

we also have rebuilt units with lifetime warranty to the owner....these have proven to be quite good . Cardone has a lot of experience rebuilding them. They also had the brake bow reproduced which has had zero defects which we sell
alot of.

Hydroboost is another option again we have two versions of this for modified cars.. more labor intensified to install.
But end result is the car will stop.
