Well since the mods banned my last account because 1 I didnt get to post fast enough and 2) Thought I was a spammer...
Any way this is a great site and full of info. Looking to get a GN in about 6 months.
As for now I have a 1950 Pontiac Fastback that is on a 85/86 Buick Regal chassis.
So I'll be reading and lurking a lot and asking a lot of questions and some dumb ones.

I would just love to see a video of a 1950 Pontiac doing a serious launch...

Franklin, TN...cool! Home of Darrell Waltrip; arguably one the individuals most responsible for inspiring the Grand National with his runaway success in the Regal. Welcome to the forum and say hello to DW for me. :D

Thanks guys.
I have already had 10 second car, so with the rod I'm looking at 12s.
So now just trying to figure out what power plant and tranny to use.
As for my future GN well I want one just not completely stock. I like to mod stuff.
Suspension wise going to have to buy 2 of everything...lol

hello and welcome to da place; Wow those 50's cars are tanks and I'll bet yours weighs a bit. Just those all steel bumpers alone would sink you to the bottom if you got strapped to one. You say it's on a regal chassis? What engine is in it? Kinda cool.
