Negative battery cable question...

I just bought a new set of Caspers battery cables (very nice BTW), anyway I went to replace the negative cable and it was grounded to my turbo, and I'm not talking about to the bracket, someone actually took a bolt out of the exhaust side of the turbo and hooked the cable to it. Anyway, as I understand it, the cable is supposed to go to a bolt on the right head, my question is this, where is the BEST place to use for a ground??

To the bolt that attaches the bracket (supporting the turbo) to the block (or maybe it's the cyl head, can't remember). That's the stock location.

Correct, it attaches to the bottom most bolt on the turbo bracket, where it attaches to the engine/head
