I didn't look at the file but does it do it even with the car running? You know for sure it isn't lean? If yes to both questions you probably have bad O2 sensor and will have to replace it.

I looked at the log,The 02 is not bad.
Something in the tune is off,UNLESS it was fine and this happenedCan you send me a copy
