Need Help with interior part ID

[MUSCL GN]

Starting to redo the GN's interior and was unable to identify what this black piece is for bottom of seat belt closet to carpet. Mine is ripped off on passenger side.
Also what it the trim name or part ID for what would cover this ex[posed bolt that is on both the driver and passenger seat facing arm rest side? Appreciate anyone's response who might be able to help.

A) its part of the belt assembly not available seperately, but it can be replaced
B) there is no cover for the pivot bolts, what you see is it

This part is actually attached to the seat belt anchor. I believe it is riveted in.
